How do I place an order?

You can place your order through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or by visiting our store in Miami.If you’re located in Florida, you can complete your order online — we’ll review your project details, materials, and size options before confirming. Once your design is approved, we move straight into production and coordinate pickup or local delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods including cash, Zelle, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.For large or custom projects, a deposit may be required before production begins.

Can I track my order?

At the moment, we don’t have an online tracking system.
However, our team will keep you updated on your order status via message or call — from design approval to pickup or delivery scheduling.

What is your return policy?

Because all of our products are custom-made and printed to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
We always send design proofs and confirm details before printing to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer delivery and pickup within Miami and nearby areas.We’re working to expand our service area in the future.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can modify or cancel your order only before production starts.
Once your design has been approved and printing begins, changes can’t be made.
